Casa de San Pedro B&B is located in Southeast Arizona on the banks of the San Pedro River.  From Tucson the Casa is at the end of a scenic drive, about 90 miles from the Tucson airport, but only inches from heaven.  The Casa is a territorial hacienda modeled after the old inns of Mexico and Spain, with an interior courtyard with a bubbling fountain, flowers and birds.  The Casa is an ideal location for travelers to rest and relax,or to use as a focal point for their exploration of the wonders of Cochise County including gun-slinging Tombstone, old-world Bisbee, and the scenicwonder of several mountain ranges.  The canyons of the Huachuca mountains are world reknown birding hotspots (Ash Canyon, Miller Canyon,Ramsey Canyon, and Garden Canyon on Fort Huachuca).  The San Pedro River Valley, home to the Casa, is also an incredible naturalist haven featuring many birds that follow the riparian corridor as it winds its way North from Mexico.  The Mule Mountains around Bisbee and the SulphurSprings Valley beyond also afford birders great opprotunities to experience some of the best birdwatching in the nation.  Just a bit further are the Chirachaua Montains with the Chirachaua National Monument which is a "must see" adventure.  Great restaurants in the area offer all styles of food and beverages.  

     The Casa is famous for our warm hospitality, award winning breakfasts that greet you each morning, and even better pies fresh out of the oven each day in the afternoon.  Comforatble rooms with private baths, a library with lots of reference books on birding in the area, and free Internet access (on a public computer or on WiFi throughout the inn) will make your stay "better than staying at home".    Join us for the perfect romantic getaway, family reunion, corporate retreat, or as your home base for birding, hiking, biking, western history touring, or just a quiet getaway from the stresses of the world.  You will be treated to some of the best hospitalty in Arizona !    And as Kenn Kauffman noted, "Above all it is quiet".

Upon arrival and each afternoon Bed and Breakfast guests will be treated to fresh shade grown coffee, fragrant teas, and homemade pies freshly baked daily with fruit from our orchard. (Shirlene has won over 100 blue ribbons for her pies.)

A full gourmet breakfast is served family style each morning. Breakfast with other guests provides a unique opportunity to share tips on birding areas or hiking trails. We will accommodate special dietary requirements, please let us know about your needs when you check in. For the early birders we will be happy to provide coffee, tea, muffins, fruit or cereal.  We are now using local pesticide free eggs, certified organic coffee and whenever possible organic  or pesticide free fruit in our pies.  We are striving to become as organic and green as possible.
