Named "One of Arizona's 10 Best B & B's" by Phoenix Magazine, this stately 1906 Victorian home is located in the Historic District of downtown Prescott.  It is the only Bed and Breakfast within easy walking distance of Courthouse Plaza, the heart and soul of Prescott, and it's award winning restaurants, boutiques, galleries, museums and historic "Whiskey Row".    

"This old house" was built in 1906 and was moved approximately four blocks to its present location in 1990.  At that time the interior was  refitted with new plumbing and wiring and it was remodeled to be a bed and breakfast.  The 100 year old molding, doors and staircase, as well as the 10 foot ceilings, were preserved to show off the history of this beautiful Victorian home.  Redecorated in 2007, the spacious, comfortable and charming accommodations make everyone feel welcome.   

The Pine View Suite is a large romantic upstairs two-room suite with a bay window, fireplace and sleeper sofa in the sitting room.  The beautifully appointed bedroom has a king-size bed and a large private double sink bathroom with combination tub/shower.

The Terrace Suite is an elegant downstairs two-room suite with sleeper sofa in the sitting room, and connecting private covered deck.  The stylish bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom with combination tub/shower. 

The Garden Room is a cheerful upstairs corner room with wicker furnishings to remind you of an English garden, queen-size bed and private bathroom with shower.

The Prescott Room is a bright and sunny upstairs corner room with king-size bed and private bathroom with shower, located across the hall from the room.
