Let our quiet, cozy log Bed &Breakfast immerse you in the simplicity & peace of the Bill Williams mountains covered with ponderosa pines.  Each room is appointed with plus bedding, cheerful warm decor, fireplaces & private baths with Victorian claw-foot tubs/shower.  Rooms so comfy, you'll be tempted to sleep through breakfast.  After a day's adventure, snuggle up to a crackling wood fire in one of the guest rooms.  Only an hour drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We designed our home as a B&B with your comfort & privacy in mind and a pleasing environment.  Free Wi-Fi, great hiking, horseback riding, river rafting, biking, skiing, golfing, tubing all year round and places of interest to explore and visit.

Bill & Gloria's collections from over twenty years of living overseas are displayed throughtout the Grand Living Bed and Breakfast and includes antiques and collectibles from all over the world.    The home is graced by two sitting areas on the first floor, both with fireplaces.  A wrap around porch provides a quiet place to unwind on the accompanying rocking chairs. 

Grand Living B&B is truly a unique and exotic bed and breakfast.
