Reserve a room at one of the best places to stay in Southern Arizona! This Tucson Inn offers luxury defined by Arizona’s rich western heritage.  Go back in time as you enter the historic 1950’s Ranch House and estate built by Merle Norman. Carved wood beams overhead in every room, rope trim, and hand-hewn local rock fireplaces make this Tucson Bed and Breakfast a vintage western experience. Relax under deep shaded porches or enjoy breakfast in the spacious breezeway beneath a long mission tile roof with views of the Catalina Mountains. Stroll the paths to the large swimming pool directly from your room, soak in the whirlpool as you watch the moon rise or challenge a companion to a game of table tennis or horseshoes.

Pattie Bell brings 35 years of hospitality experience to El Rancho Merlita, twenty of them managing Bed and Breakfast Inns in Arizona. Her freshly prepared breakfasts will knock your boots off, with special needs graciously accommodated. Take advantage of her designation as a Certified Tourism Ambassador when planning your itinerary. Allow her to recommend a favorite trail in Saguaro National Park East, where to eat after visiting the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, check the tram schedule for your day exploring Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon, or map out a road trip tasting Arizona Wines, such as those from Callaghan Vineyards. Whether you are seeking a rejuvenating respite or enthusiastically indulging in all of the activities Tucson and Southern Arizona have to offer, Pattie will ensure your travel aspirations are met.

Greet the day with a private or group yoga session, a short stroll away through our desert meditation gardens. A soothing massage melts away tension after a bike ride up the Catalina Scenic Byway in our private massage therapy studio. Stargaze from our dedicated patio through a Mead telescope. Grab a book or a movie from our extensive Western collection. Cuddle up in our soft Egyptian cotten sheets and luxurious Museum of New Mexico Collection bedding couture. Make sure you check out this Tucson Gem’s many complimentary in-room amenities.

Prescott Pines Inn is truly a special place. If you stay for just one night, a weekend, or longer it will be hard for you to choose between the delights offered by Prescott and the surrounding area and those offered at the Inn, such as relaxing on one of the patio's with a good book, cozying up by the fireplace in your room, or making new friends over a sinfully indulgent breakfast. Easy access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Jerome and an ideal center for hiking, fishing or kayaking plus many more activities makes Prescott Pines inn the perfect location for a weekend away or longer stay.

The Inn's main house with a guest sitting room and dining room, and the three guest houses that contain our eleven guest rooms, have all been lovingly maintained to reflect a comfortable country Victorian elegance. Legacies B&B is a wonderful choice for a honeymoon or anniversary celebration, and of course tourist travelers. Our rates are affordable, starting at $135.00 per night. We offer seasonal specials as well as reductions on long term visits! During July and August 2010 rates have been reduced to provide guests a more affordable choice. There are not to be missed reductions for two or more nights. Please check our on-line availbility calendar on this site! To view our rooms and more photos visit www.legaciesbb.com.

Williams is the closest city to the Grand Canyon, only 50 minutes from the national park! A new poll in 2009 designated the Grand Canyon the most often visited natural wonder in the world. So don't miss your chance to see this beautiful sight. A guest can hop on the Grand Canyon Railway for a day tour at the Grand Canyon, enjoy Williams ’Jeep tours, participate in tour guided trips Legacies suggests, and take a horse drawn carriage ride. We are a short drive to Sedona, Flagstaff, Jerome, Meteor Crater or the Painted Desert.

In house, guests may cozy up to a roaring fire in the Great Room in winter, or in spring and summer watch hummingbirds zip in and out of cascading, fragrant flowers. Whatever the season, there is plenty to do in Williams or in the surrounding areas. Snow arrives usually in November, and summer temps are delightful-highs in the 80's, and night temperatures in the low 60's! Williams is in the high country, we do not experience extreme summer temps as Phoenix and Tucson.

This B&B occupies a 5000 square foot home. The foyer is accentuated with a lovely curved oak stairway. Two rooms are on the first level, including the popular Legacies Suite and Route 66. These romantic rooms offer illuminated two person whirlpool tubs, showers, fireplaces for cold season. The Virginian, shares the upstairs alcove area with the Hawaiian Room, both with private baths and first class amenities.

Linda and Ron, your hosts, will soon celebrate their 9th year in the business. They are not new to the hospitality industries, and have enjoyed guests from all over the world through the years. They would like to meet you too and share their wealth of information .
