Let our quiet, cozy log Bed &Breakfast immerse you in the simplicity & peace of the Bill Williams mountains covered with ponderosa pines. Each room is appointed with plus bedding, cheerful warm decor, fireplaces & private baths with Victorian claw-foot tubs/shower. Rooms so comfy, you'll be tempted to sleep through breakfast. After a day's adventure, snuggle up to a crackling wood fire in one of the guest rooms. Only an hour drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We designed our home as a B&B with your comfort & privacy in mind and a pleasing environment. Free Wi-Fi, great hiking, horseback riding, river rafting, biking, skiing, golfing, tubing all year round and places of interest to explore and visit.

Our distinctive accommodations is complimented by warm hospitality, gracious sharing of the areas offerings and, of course, a sumptuous gourmet breakfast prepared by Gloria each day will be memorable for sure.

Bill & Gloria's collections from over twenty years of living overseas are displayed throughtout the Grand Living Bed and Breakfast and includes antiques and collectibles from all over the world. The home is graced by two sitting areas on the first floor, both with fireplaces. A wrap around porch provides a quiet place to unwind on the accompanying rocking chairs.

Grand Living B&B is truly a unique and exotic bed and breakfast. Full of fascinating objects and surrounded by a beautiful acre of rock gardens. Legacies B&B is a wonderful choice for a honeymoon or anniversary celebration, and of course tourist travelers. Our rates are affordable, starting at $135.00 per night. We offer seasonal specials as well as reductions on long term visits! During July and August 2010 rates have been reduced to provide guests a more affordable choice. Williams is the closest city to the Grand Canyon, only 50 minutes from the national park! A new poll in 2009 designated the Grand Canyon the most often visited natural wonder in the world. So don't miss your chance to see this beautiful sight. A guest can hop on the Grand Canyon Railway for a day tour at the Grand Canyon, enjoy Williams ’Jeep tours, participate in tour guided trips Legacies suggests, and take a horse drawn carriage ride. We are a short drive to Sedona, Flagstaff, Jerome, Meteor Crater or the Painted Desert.

In house, guests may cozy up to a roaring fire in the Great Room in winter, or in spring and summer watch hummingbirds zip in and out of cascading, fragrant flowers. Whatever the season, there is plenty to do in Williams or in the surrounding areas. Snow arrives usually in November, and summer temps are delightful-highs in the 80's, and night temperatures in the low 60's! Williams is in the high country, we do not experience extreme summer temps as Phoenix and Tucson.

This B&B occupies a 5000 square foot home. The foyer is accentuated with a lovely curved oak stairway.Two rooms are on the first level, including the popular Legacies Suite and Route 66. These romantic rooms offer illuminated two person whirlpool tubs, showers, fireplaces for cold season. The Virginian, shares the upstairs alcove area with the Hawaiian Room, both with private baths and first class amenities.

Linda and Ron, your hosts, will soon celebrate their 9th year in the business. They are not new to the hospitality industries, and have enjoyed guests from all over the world through the years. They would like to meet you too and share their wealth of information .
